Reading/Writing: Adverts

Cheer up! Tomorrow it's Friday :)

Today we only have an English lesson, no Science.

Do you know what an ADVERT is?  Sure you do.

If you don't understand them, DO NOT WORRY! 

It's not your English, it's their humour 😂

HOMEWORK

Grab your pupil's book and read the Robomatic advert:

• Page 66  (Lesson 6 Reading). Ex: 3
• Page 67  (Lesson 7 Writing). Ex: 2 

Also, in the Activity book you have to complete

• Page 63. Ex: 1 and 2

EXTRA HOMEWORK

Advertising is your DREAM JOB? 

Have you got AN IDEA of a fabulous object to sell us?

A DESIGN of your product to show to the world? 

Eager to get SOME MONEY* for your revolutionary product?

No one is getting money for this.

If you answered YES to at least one question, why don't you surprise us with your own advert? 

Follow the examples in the book and design your own. You have to include:

• The name of your product
• Why it is used for?
• What is made of?
• Drawing
• Price

Other ideas that you could include are:

• Opinions of your 'clients'
• A special offer

Do you feel extra creative and energetic? You could record an audio file with your advert/commercial ;)
